    Write a paragraph about the positives in your life at present and what you would like for your future. Any inappropriate content or wording in your profile will make your profile void and will not be seen by other members.
    Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PROFILE TO BE SHOWN TO OTHERS?

    As soon as your profile is completed, it is available for other members to view.
    Q: HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?

    You can email it to us, by clicking on the “Upload Photo” button, or by posting it to us at PO Box 520, Mosman NSW 2089.
    Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PHOTO TO BE SHOWN ON MY PROFILE?

    It takes one working day from when we receive your photo. All photos are checked for appropriateness. Any inappropriate or pornographic photos will be destroyed.
    Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PHOTO DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY PROFILE WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME?

    You can change the details on your profile at any time by clicking on the “My Profile” button.
    Q: I’VE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?

    Click on the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address in the box and your username and password will be send to your email address.
    Q: IS MY EMAIL ADDRESS SHOWN WHEN I SEND A MESSAGE OR “FLIRT”?

    Lavadata.com offers a secure site. No your email address is not shown. All messages are sent and received anonymously and it is up to you to decide if and when you would like to pass on your email address to anyone.
    Q: WHAT IS A “FLIRT”?

    A “Flirt” is something nice you can send to someone. They can check you out and see if they have an interest in contacting you.
    Q: I’VE CHANGED EMAIL ADDRESS – WHAT DO I DO?

    Q: I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A MEMBER AND DELETED IT. CAN YOU RESEND IT TO ME?
